Bakery China 2025 Concludes Successfully – Customers Visit SamBake Factory

On May 22, 2025, the 27th Bakery China Expo successfully concluded at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. As one of the most influential baking industry events in the world, it brought together professional buyers, brand owners, and equipment manufacturers from across the globe. SamBake showcased its full range of customizable bakery equipment solutions at Booth 3G28, attracting strong interest from customers in the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia.
During the four-day exhibition, we welcomed many potential partners. One clear trend emerged from our conversations: more and more independent bakers and small startup brands are becoming a driving force in global bakery equipment demand. Their need for "small order quantities + high customization" is rapidly increasing.
After the show, on May 23, clients from Nigeria visited our production facility in Wuxi to gain a deeper understanding of our manufacturing process and equipment. They showed strong interest in gas ovens, and we learned that due to highly unstable electricity supply in Nigeria—where many areas have only 4 to 12 hours of power per day—gas heating has become a practical necessity.Although gas deck ovens are not a mainstream product in China, SamBake, as a solution-oriented equipment provider, puts customer needs first. We have equipped our workshop with specialized machinery for perforating gas burners—the core component of gas ovens. The clients inspected the burner hole precision, spacing consistency, and surface finish, and expressed high recognition for our technical capabilities and production flexibility.They also mentioned that kitchen space in Nigeria is often limited, making standard deck ovens difficult to transport and install. SamBake's modular deck oven offers a practical solution to this challenge.
In our conversation with the Nigerian client, they mentioned visiting other factories in China, especially around Guangzhou. However, with so many suppliers and widely varying quality standards, it was difficult to make a clear choice.This challenge is not unique. During the exhibition, we repeatedly heard similar concerns from clients across the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia. This “selection anxiety” is a common issue for many international buyers.
